Terms & Conditions

 

As we want your salon experience to be the best possible.

 

Here are some guidelines to help make sure 

you can take time out and relax.

 

We respectfully request that you come without children 

under the age of 12.

 

As all appointments are bespoke, 

please arrive on time 

 and not before, 

in consideration of the 

previous client who we might still be attending. ​

 

If you are more than 10 minutes late, 

we may not be able to carry out your full service -

 but you will still be charged for this time.

 

Should you need to change or cancel an appointment, 

please give as much notice as possible.

 

There will be a 50% charge if notification 

is not received at least 24 hours prior.

This will need to be paid before any further appointments can be booked

 

PATCH TESTING

All new colour clients,

or clients who have not had a colour with us in the last 6 months

will need to book a patch test at least 48hrs prior to your colour service.

 

Colour Consultation Appointment 

If you are new to the salon, we would advise you book a  

Colour Consultation Appointment

We will be able to discuss your ideas, colour options, 

 check the health of your hair & scalp, and advise on maintenance

We will also carry out a Patch test/Strand test

£15.00

 

A deposit of 50% will be taken to secure your booking.
